Ian is one the world’s leading exponents and authorities on oceanographic, hydrological, sediment and ecological monitoring consulting services. He has enjoyed more than 30 years in the field, managing and consulting major resource projects. Prior to forming his previous business IHAconsult in 2003, he was employed for 21 years as a specialist consultant for NSR Environmental Consultants (Coffey), working extensively on both coastal and deep ocean investigations. Ian maintains long-term affiliations with other experienced and proven consulting firms and individuals as both a partner consultant, enabling the facilitation of investigations across a variety of related disciplines

Geoff has worked in the mining industry for better than 30 years. His career covers technical specialist, operational line management, executive management of operations and technical team management. With such a wealth of experience, it was inevitable that Geoff would reach the pinnacle of corporate life as at CEO and board level at a range of publicly listed companies. Geoff has extensive experience living and operating in varied cultural and socio-political environments and technically and operationally, he brings extensive senior level management in permitting, aqueous geochemistry, hydrology and sediment transport, analytical chemistry and data analysis. He uses all of these disciplines to problem solve and identify opportunities for clients. While technical skills are a given, Geoff fully complements his skillset by providing a broad experience in external affairs and stakeholder engagement across the full spectrum of mining project stakeholders from landowners, technical specialists and NGOs, through to Governments and Heads of State
